I've always been told if you plateau that you can up your calorie intake for a day or two and then go back to what you were consuming to lose weight. When you up your calorie intake for that day though you still should eat healthy. Jump starts the metabolism. I don't think quitting for six months is necassary though.

Lol Jumping rope is not an option. I work in an office with people sitting next to me. Not really enough space... and jumping rope is bad for my knees and back

Moreover, drinking warm water will slightly raise your body heat, allowing for a slight increase in thermogenesis, the process your body uses to burn calories from foods you…

Unfortunately I'm not allowd to run after having back and knee surgery... I can walk though. I also only have a 45min lunch, which I spend eating Lol, and it also takes about 5-10 min to get back into the building

I cut out wheat entirely. I love bread, but once I stopped eating it I started losing weight immediately. I'd rather eat an apple for less calories than a slice of bread.

I work 40-60 hrs a week and I also go to school.... For the last few weeks I have been completely worn out and too tired to do anything once I got home. Honestly, you just have to push through it. make yourself get up an extra 30-60 min early or stay up late and go for a quick jog.

Ooo... That's stability ball is actually a great idea and sounds kinda fun. I would totally do jumping jacks or running in place at work, but there really isn'y ample enough space between desks to do that.

I will add you if you'd like! I started about the same time as you, but started logging just this week. Feel free to ask any questions or to look at my food diary if you need any tips on how to eat more, but stay under calorie goal. If you need encouragement just met me know.

Also, drink a cup or bottle of water before eating... I promise you'll feel full after you eat. Right now I eat 1200 calories a day and I feel full after every meal.
-
When I start feeling super hungry I steam vegetables... I love green beans and broccoli! Celery is also good to help keep you full with little calories. If you drink shakes or smoothies try putting some whey protein in them :) Goodluck
