  • I have it and didn't have any problems with it except when I changed the watch battery. It would not work with a Rayovac battery, but was fine once I put an Energizer in it. Never had any other problems. I have the A300 now and I'm still using the same strap I had for the FT60.
  • I run 3 days per week and do Zumba, walk or use the elliptical on the other days.

  • I get up at 4:45am and I'm out the door by 4:50-4:55. I drink a little water before I run. When I get home, after I shower, I have a Bare Naked granola bar and a cup of 2% milk. I don't drink coffee, but as a kindergarten teacher there are days where I wish I did! I run 4 miles right now.
  • I used the Zen Labs one too! Finished it in November and I'm still running 3x/week:)
  • The Zumba class I take has a lot of moves that work your abs and a lot of twisting. I've had 3 c-sections and I would not have been able to do it 15 days out, but I love Zumba!

  • I use Nike+ when I run. I tried MapMyRun and it said I ran farther than Nike says. I use the Adidas app when I walk because I can put it in the cup holder of the stroller and it won't pause on me and it comes out the exact same as Nike+. I don't have any experience with Endomondo or Run Keeper.
  • I take pictures each month and in my pictures I started losing at the top of my belly first. This will be my 6th month and I'm finally seeing a difference towards the bottom. Just keep doing what you are doing and it will come!

  • Are there any fluids other than Gatorade and water that will help rehydrate? I can't seem to get a large amount of either down. I've had more milk today than water, but I don't want stomach cramps from too much milk.

  • I get out of the car and run as soon as I get home so my baby hasn't seen me yet and doesn't cry. I change at work. Or I walk out the door when her back is turned. Anything to not hear her cry!
