I say tracking the binge prior to binging really helps me not binge. Just seeing the calories that I'd be consuming knocks some sense in me. I'm very sorry about your angel baby :( That sounds like a good plan with weight loss but I wouldn't be too set on the numbers and allow some flexibility in your weight goals in case of plateaus. What are you planning on doing for diet and exercise?

I don't actually follow any diet plan other than I try to work whatever I want to eat into my calories. My advice would be to weigh everything you eat for correct portion and calorie count.
