Feel better!!! For the life of me I can't seem to go over 40 seconds! I'm going to try with music later on.

Yes unfortunately I have bad old knees! Between tennis and the gym, my knees are giving up. Today is day 9; 100 squats. I was able to do them. Half of them i did plié style to work on my inner thighs.

Day 7 was yesterday 75 squats done but my knees are killing me!

I did it for a couple of years and loved it! Lost the weight and kept it off. You will learn portion size and eat healthy. To this day I still eat healthy minus the sweets!
