  • I have recently started adding eggs to my oatmeal. I cook my oatmeal with a tablespoon of brown sugar, cinnamon and just add 2 basted eggs on top. The eggs have salt and pepper on them. I like the sweet of the oatmeal and the salty on the eggs, it was a huge surprise that I liked it so much.
  • Thanks. :) it's been over the last 2 1/2 years. As of yesterday I fit into my pre pregnancy jeans. Beyond excited!!! I started doing the just dance on the xbox with my daughter, I can't dance so it helps me loosen up and have fun. Lol I'll have to look I to the 10 minutes workouts. Thanks for the support and suggestions.
  • I only had myself to rely on. I up to 60 days now. I an now feeling like giving up but instead I'm trying to fund more support to help keep me going even though ultimately it's up to me to push myself. Add me if you would like :)

  • I work 2 weeks of days and 2 weeks of nights(12hr shifts). On my night shifts I eat dinner between 4:30 and 5:30pm. Then I have my next meal at midnight. Then nothing after 4am(doctor recommended ) and to also go to bed hungry. This has worked for me. I always try to bring fruits and veggies if I need to snack. I've…
  • Hey, I need support and motivation too. 25, working shift work in WY. Need to lose 30 lbs. Eat fairly healthy but have a bad habit of not exercising much and getting side tracked. Lol (husband doesn't need to lose weight, isn't much of a motivator :/)
