Don't know what to do..."cool" seems a lot like "clean," and I've almost added OP like 6 times but instead I'm just having an internal debate about the meaning of cool.

Threads like this are the reason I hate the gym. Get off your high horse and spend time focusing on yourself and not everyone else. They pay just as much to be there as you do and frankly, it's not your business what they do there.

No, absolutely not. Diets that low in calories are only okay under the direct and constant supervision of a doctor who is trained in weight loss and nutrition.

If I'm going out and have a low calorie budget, I stick to poultry and fish dishes without lots of cheese or other high calorie items like white sauces, etc. I drink water - that's always a huge calorie saver.

I did it years ago and now I'm up to half marathons. It works!

If you got that number from MFP, you're supposed to. MFP is set up to create an appropriate deficit for your height and weight with a safe rate of weight loss (no more than 2lbs per week). Under eating can lead to malnutrition and other deficiencies.

This. But I'm quoting to re-iterate that you should NOT waste your money on wraps. At best, the results last an hour or two because you shifted some water. At worst, you shouldn't be putting that much pressure on your internal organs.

Fat burners are a scam and they don't work. You'll get rid of fat by eating less calories than you burn. Sore muscles should be stretched properly and use alternating ice and heat to ease the soreness. Ibuprofen helps, too. I just eat protein, so I got nothin' on that one.

I do triathlons and I'm at my goal weight (and have been for awhile) and that *kitten* is HARD. Her circuit DVDs have me dead on the floor and real sore the next day! My mind is blown by how fast wheel chairs can race. That's AWESOME. Wish I had that kind of arm strength or could even run that fast. But that was page one. Carry on.

Without knowing your stats, there is no way to comment on your calorie intake, but if you put all your info into MFP, it will build the appropriate deficit which really shouldn't be >2lbs/wk.
