You did not become super obese in 3 days. Like I said, my patients with severe clinical diagnoses don't even gain that kind of wait meaning: it's not possible. Check your scale batteries. Also make sure you weigh at the same time of day, on solid flooring, don't move the scale and always under the same conditions.

People with severe kidney dysfunction and cardiac diseases don't even gain that much water weight in a week. Clearly something is wrong with your scale, or you're trolling.

That's great. Don't be discouraged if it's not working and if you need a different dose or med. I went through 4 meds on many different dosages to find the right thing and while it was hard as hell in the moment, I've been doing well and maintaining on just yearly visits to check in for 6 years now.

You said it in your first paragraph- it's definitely a good idea to tell your doc. It's understandable that you're having a hard time bringing it up, but please don't feel that you should be ashamed. There are so many people that struggle with this and it's absolutely okay to have whatever support you need to get back on…

I make sure that when going to places there will be snacks (yes, even work everyday) that I'm not hungry. I pre-pack snacks that fit in my calorie budget and lifestyle and make sure to keep myself from getting hungry enough to be tempted by things other people bring.

Depression is a wicked beast and for some (including myself) it contributes to poor eating behaviors. Dealing with the root problem (the depression) is the way to go here. When I am "managed," I have very little difficulty maintaining my calorie goal and having increased energy and motivation to cook, etc. good luck, OP!

I don't know your posting history or what's going on here, but it's definitely not true that everyone here has anxiety that co tributes to binge eating behaviors. That is something you need to address with a professional.
