LCHF (low carb high fat) for a little over a year because sugar is my downfall and there is really no 'moderation' for me with sweets. Eating more fat and cutting out most processed stuff works for me. :)

You can add me if you want to. I'm also five feet tall. My highest weight was 148.7lbs in September 2014 and I got to 116 a few months ago and I'm sitting around 120 now with the holidays and everything. Best wishes.

About 6 months. I dropped my carbs from 150+ g to 70g back in November and I've lost 5 more lbs; that's what worked for me. I love eating LCHF (low carb high fat).

I sabotage my progress with sweets/sugar. I love not feeling enslaved to it anymore as my body no longer physically craves it. It's very liberating. I want health more than anything and I will do what it takes to keep these 20+ lbs off. It's not easy or fun, but it's worth it.

I'm 5'0". I'm always gonna wish I was taller so I could eat more. lol Yep. Sweets are my downfall, too. I am learning to be satisfied with less thanks to a low carb, high fat diet. I love my low carb brownies, chocolate peanut butter fat bombs, and "cookie dough" bites. I just try my best to fit them within my calorie goal.

Same here. Stomach and love handles. Everywhere else is thin. So frustrating. Starting my fourth time through FitnessBlender's abs program today. I've lost 1.5 inches off my stomach so far and I've got a bit of tone in my obliques.

I ordered 1lb of Delicious Strawberry and 2lbs of Chocolate Mint (their only size); strawberry came today and chocolate mint should be here some time next week. I tried the strawberry with milk and it reminds me of strawberry Nesquik. I'll keep it and order it again in the future.

I've only had ON's double rich chocolate and I'm going to try a few small packs of flavors because my tub is almost gone. I'm not gonna buy a big tub and if it sucks then try to return it or be stuck with it. Has anyone had the chocolate mint or the strawberry?

I have been sick this week and also enjoying the typical holiday indulgences, but I am willingly ready to start tapering my carbs back down tomorrow. I still really haven't had any cravings even while I've been eating all of this excess sugar, so I'm hoping I'll be able to transition back smoothly.
