Really ******* mad at myself for gaining so much weight back...all that hard work, down the tubes. I've gained 23lbs back from my lowest in about two years, I'm only 13lbs away from my heaviest. It's going to be even harder the second time. ARGH! I've had wrist and shoulder injuries all year, so, I haven't been able to…

That it's VERY easy to gain weight back if you're not careful, ugh.

Onions, unless they are finely-grated in something, or extremely soft. I will use onion powder, though.

You don't need to 'cleanse.' You have a liver and kidneys to do that for you. Start eating more whole foods, track them, and exercise.

Onions.

I don't see the point of trying to eat healthy or low carb when it comes to Chinese food. Everything involves corn starch, sugar, and sweet sauces. If you're going there to order stir fry meat and veggies, save the money, and make it yourself. I let myself have whatever when we order/eat at the buffet. I don't want to be…

I still miss these.

Rest and fluids, easily-digestible, bland foods. This was my life the last week and a half.

Getting enough fiber helps me. I drink 2 tbsp of chia seeds bloomed in water almost every day - that's 9g right there.

A good workout playlist. If I need it, I will put on a couple of songs to pump me up beforehand.

Coming off a week-long stomach bug. Still not 100%, but if I were, it'd be pizza, Chinese buffet, and Malley's chocolate-covered Oreos with ice cream, in that order.

I eat low carb and I will make hot chocolate for about 20 calories if I use only water: sweetener, unsweetened cocoa, splash of vanilla. If I add milk, it's a few more calories, but, creamier. A nice, comforting way to get my sweet fix for few calories.

Skim milk is evil. The end.

I'm 27, 5'0". SW 09/2014: 148.7lbs CW: 113.4lbs Been there. I'm currently at 1,200 calories to lose. My maintenance is around 1,400. I eat low carb because it is good and sustainable for me. Find what works for you. Eat what you like.

Hamburger Helper - usually Cheeseburger. Cinnamon toast (in the oven - none of this 'toaster first' stuff) I refused to eat red sauce growing up, so, I was another noodles-butter-parmesan kid. My mom is a great cook, seriously awesome. I feel spoiled to have had her cooking growing up. She made pretty balanced meals (meat,…

Pie-wise, we will have pumpkin, coconut cream, and French silk. :)

I am sooooooooooooo excited for Thanksgiving tomorrow. All the yummy foooooooood. Stuffing and gravy is my favorite part.

This is something my mom and I both love. Yummy.

Dairy Queen is overrated. I'd rather spend what I would on a Blizzard on a scoop or two of locally-owned, homemade, real ice cream.
