So I just made my own homemade almond butter from roasted salted almonds and it turned out INCREDIBLE and now I just want to eat the entire batch by the spoonful.
I made three flavors..
Caramel almond butter: Roasted, salted almonds with caramel sugar free syrup
Maple almond butter: Roasted, salted almonds with some maple syrup added
Cinnamon almond butter: Roasted, salted almonds with cinnamon and vanilla extract
