Going to Wendy's and getting a six-piece chicken nugget and a small fry. Fat me would've smashed a ten-piece and a medium fry. What I got was just enough. :)

I could eat BPI Sports' both S'mores and Salted Caramel Pretzel protein bars like candy bars. It's becoming a problem. No, you don't have to heat them up to make them taste better.

Went to a baby shower and only had the crustless quiche (two kinds: meat and veggie) and coffee - no sugary yogurt, donuts, muffins, bagels, or cupcakes. I wasn't tempted, either. I made sure to eat a bit before I left the house so I wasn't ravenous. :)

If you have health issues or problems moderating them, then, you should watch your consumption. If not, then, no. Personally, I have both. Eczema and a major sweet tooth - both are managed with low carbs. To each their own.

I've only ever trained at home with dumbbells that use plates like this and resistance bands. I have definitely made strength gains. It takes proper form, real effort, consistency, and a good program.

Others I thought of: Honey BBQ Fritos, Snyder's Buffalo Wing pretzel pieces, jalapeno kettle chips, Thin Mints (serious, serious problem with moderation), chips and salsa at my favorite Mexican restaurant. The Hot n' Spicy is my favorite. Crack in a box.
