    My morning snack was a 100 calorie pack of Emerald cocoa roasted almonds and my afternoon snack was 2 cups of Smartfood chipotle aged cheddar popcorn.

    My favorite high protein snack is when I mix low-fat cottage cheese with plain Greek yogurt and a bit of lime or strawberry sugar-free jello. My favorite carb/fat snack is a chocolate rice cake with a bit of Nuts 'n More or natural peanut butter on top.
