Today I am having plain quinoa (leftover from dinner a few nights ago) with maple syrup and golden raisins. I also had 3 Hershey's dark chocolate miniatures.

    My morning snack was a yogurt an a small honey crisp apple.
    My afternoon snack was these Reeses dipped pretzels I found at the store next door to work. Took a whole lot of will power to put those bad boys away after one serving.

    I had an apple and a granola bar. Tonight I'll probably have a couple marshmallows left over from camping last week. If wine counts as a snack, that's happening too.

    Afternoon snack was a 1/2 pint Halo Top Candy Bar ice cream - impromptu stop at Wegmans and saw they had the new flavors. Probably won't get that flavor again though.

    After workout snack was a single serve container of 4% fat breakstone cottage cheese....mmmm.
