    My morning snack was a 100 calorie pack of Emerald cocoa roasted almonds and my afternoon snack was 2 cups of Smartfood chipotle aged cheddar popcorn.

    My favorite high protein snack is when I mix low-fat cottage cheese with plain Greek yogurt and a bit of lime or strawberry sugar-free jello. My favorite carb/fat snack is a chocolate rice cake with a bit of Nuts 'n More or natural peanut butter on top.

    Interesting. do you actually mix it with the prepared jello or just the powder?

    Morning snack - 3 oz. reduced sodium turkey breast, 1 sliced smoked Gouda (both from Sprouts)
    Afternoon snack - 1 small apple with 1-2 TBS of peanut butter (depending on how I feel after my lunchtime Spin class)

    I just sprinkle a bit of the dry jello on the cottage cheese & yogurt mixture. You have got to try it. It's so good and makes such a sweet treat that's so good for you.

    Today- a fruit and veggie ray- about 10 grapes, 10 grape tomatoes , one slice of pineapple, and one sweet pepper cut in slices with 1 tbs of hummus

    For dessert I took a Lavash wrap that had plain yogurt, a few grams of sugar free cheesecake Jello, & two firework Oreos inside.

    I use the "Snack" category to list the exercise calories I eat. I haven't eaten any exercise calories yet, and I do most of my exercise late. Here at work the only free calories in the kitchen are Swiss Miss hot cocoa packets. I accumulate ~350 calories of exercise by standing at my desk all day. I usually have a cup of hot cocoa late in the afternoon on Friday, and claim that as exercise calories. Since today my supper plan is a higher-calorie-than-usual pizza, I'm intending to avoid the Swiss Miss today.
