I’m planning on backcountry snowboarding to a glacier in the summer. The hike is 15 miles to the glacier, then 2 days of riding and hiking out

I’m having a small Dairy Queen M&M blizzard with a fudge center. So decadent

I do hatha flow yoga. For strength and meditation. I started Pilates too

I like to use a weighted skipping rope, hill sprints, spinning class or row machine and include HIIT work out Anything that keeps my heart rate up. Plus eat healthy.

I've had my Fitbit charge HR for less than a year. I have replaced it 4 times Fitbits warranty is good but the band itself keeps separating from the display I would not recommend the Charge HR.

I can relate But you can do it I work out at home with my young kids We do yoga and cardio through some apps 10-20 minutes and we are done It's a great way to show the kids how be healthy

I stay motivated by mixing things up I run up hills or anywhere there and incline I work out outside whenever possible When I do go to they gym, I have my time planned out I go to yoga too Helps keep me balanced I keep my workouts short and aim for 3 days week and the least Have you thought of getting a work out partner?
