I have such a problem with my eating habits. I either eat too much or too little. When it gets bad, like it is now, I tend to not eat at all. I know that's not healthy which is why I'm giving MFP another shot. I can't do this on my own. I don't want to resort to unhealthy habits

If you believe you have an eating disorder, MFP is not the right place to get help. Talk to a therapist.

Not an eating disorder. Just unhealthy habits. MFP will keep me on track

I have had the same problem. I have found that stir frying veggies like, celery, zucchinni, mushrooms, onion, bell peppers will give me a lot to eat with very little calories. J

Don't be so hard on yourself. I see so many people that have a bad day, they feel guilty about it, and it turns into a week or month. If you have a bad day, just recognize it and try to better the next day. It's a journey and we all have troubles from time to time.

I went and saw a sports nutrientist
    She was a great help
Ever thought of going to one?
