  • I've clicked the link. Hopefully it's before the deadline!
  • Thanks for the tips guys I will deffo be tightening up my logging and making sure absolutely everything gets recorded. @fiddletime I don't log specific workouts I use my jawbone and it calculates what I actually burn that day and adds it on for me. Hopefully next Saturday will see a positive change.... at least if it's not…
  • I do weigh all of my food the only thing I didn't measure accuratlely was milk in tea and my daily berocca which I started doing last week. I've roughly been the same weight for 4 weeks now.... I calculated my tdee through an iifym calculator and it's 1736. I averaged that out over the full week sometimes less. I'm not…
  • Thanks @gskiki I will. :) I have 60lbs to lose and have lost 17 so far since August slow and steady is the aim because I have had issues in the past and I'm trying to focus on healthy. I normally do a mixture of cardio and weights in every workout. If I'm at the gym I'll do 30 mins cardio and 30 mins weights. I also aim to…
  • Hi I'm on Jawbone, I don't know how to add people but would like to start doing duels to keep up my motivation feel free to add me. Diana Rashid
  • I think so @Vixyb_ If you log a run then it shows your steps as zero for that day if you log a run but do more steps than usual it will add on extra calories for the above average steps? Mines still showed steps calories and run calories though and I've not reached my step targets. I'd rather lose the calories than overeat…
  • I love this post - this is motivation 101!
  • I like maxinutrition bars. Around 23g of protein low carb and low calorie. And it almost feels like a chocolate treat instead of a protein bar.
  • I'm in looking for friends to keep me motivated to reach my goals! I'm trying out iifym and kayla itsines BBG week 1 started yesterday :)
  • I started this last year and it has totally revolutionised my life. It's not a weight loss diet though... it didn't help with that at all unless your cutting calories. Download the Monash uni app, it's pricey for an app but I wouldn't have worked out my triggers and safe levels of each I can eat. Good luck the 3 months of…
  • Thanks I'll stick to the guide
  • @mkreke oh wow thanks I'll have a look it would be good doing it as a group thing for motivation to actually do it! :)
  • Wow that's fab. Did you make it through the whole 12 weeks those times?
  • Hi girls I'm starting Kaylas guide today. I've noticed she now has an app I have the old pdf guide. Is the app better or any different to the guide?
  • @Talan79 no sorry I log it through the up and let it decide. I figure it knows my heart rate etc so stick by that.
  • I really like the up3 it fits next to my watch and now I'm used to it (took about 2 weeks personally) I don't even notice it. You can track workouts through the up app and it feeds into the mfp app seamlessly also if you log food on mfp it feeds into the up app as well. In my opinion I'd rather rely on the up to feed in…
  • Definitely try the Low Fodmap diet, after a year of tests, hospital visits and homeopathic remedies the only thing thats helped is the low fodmap diet which helped show my triggers. I feel your bloat pain i go up about 4 sizes, food triggers it, eating/not eating, stress. Mine is very extreme but the monash university app…
