Start: 1/26- 192lbs Current: 2/8- 189.5 Goal: 187lbs Progress: I'm so happy! I finally saw a number under 190 on the scale.... It's been awhile. It feels so good to succeed. Plan: keep up my protein and fiber intake, and drink wayyy more water! :)

Choose based on BREATH and GAS... Don't eat onions and garlic, or anything that's gonna make you have to roll down the window in his car lol. That's my only dating advice ever.
