Agree with everyone, you will find as you go along there is a lot more confusion to come. Nuts good or bad? Avocados? Soy good for you bad for you. I'm still on my journey but am enjoying victories along the way such as, being able to fully wrap a regular towel around me. Not the huge bath towels but the smaller ones that used to leave a big gap. I finally went to the sauna in my gym and wasn't self conscious at all. :)

Good for you! The toughest party is getting started and those first few weeks when you feel as though nothing is happening yet it takes great determination. It is truly mind over matter and you did it! I am feeling to way too and am on my way, feels awesome. A big congrats to you!

I'm really glad I'm not the only one confused. There are soooo many people using mfp what has everyone been doing? I would just feel better staying within my goal, which is low as it is. Psychologically it is depressing when you see red, I'm just trying to be really accurate however at the end of the day it's working:)
