The short version...when your body has what it needs, it will give up what it doesn't. That and our bodies are like over 74 percent water, all cellular reaction needs water. Our bodies do everything better well hydrated. That's why you have to eat to lose weight.

I started working out with a trainer two weeks ago and was what i felt was starving after workouts but it just suddenly leveled off Friday. So hang in there. I use Atkins meal bars and snack bars to help push thru. Good luck.
