I try to use the bulk of my calories at breakfast and lunch and less for dinner , don't need many Cals close to bed time

Fluctuating between 11st 11 and 12st for almost 6 weeks now , I hope I'll be 11st7 in 10 weeks at least

Try stick to your calorie goals , even if your food isn't the best if you stick to your Cals you can lose weight . You will need a food scale , other than that your good to go .

Keeping to a deficit works for me even if I don't mange to work out at all , as long as I stick to my calories I'm losing . Good luck

I am also on week two of insanity and I havnt lost any weight. I'm sure it's only water weight and as I progress with the workout the changes will come , I am eating 1450 calories a day , 1000 can't be enough .

Wow l know a good few people that do slimming world and have great results , that really is mind boggling, I've set my goal for 1lb loss a week , I eat 1200/1400 calories a day and still lose nothing some weeks .

Hi , I know how you feel I only joined mfp when my son was 18months!! But I've had great results so far I've lost 21lb since January . Weigh and log all your food and the pounds will melt away . Good luck Hun x

If you are using the phone app , go to say ..dinner, add food , and on the top bar thing you'll see recipes . You log the ingredients in there and save it . Hope this helps . I know I havnt explained it the best :smile:

I don't use a gym I have a toddler and he enjoys going for walks in his buggy , I also just started doing a workout DVD at home .

Hi . Maybe set your goal to -1lb a week , mine is always set to that and in the beginning I lost more than the 1lb a week,.gives you a few extra calories . Good luck :smiley: everybody's gotta start somewhere :smiley:

I would love if I fitty stopped me from jogging to tell me I was doin good :) I don't get the eye rolls when we are out and I order healthy but I do get opioins on what I should eat that annoys me a bit

I was addicted to full fat coke a cola for years . When I joined this app In January I gave it up simply because it wasn't worth the calories , I just drink water instead . First week as hard but after that I stopped craving it . Good luck

Once your over 1200 calories it should let you complete your entry for the day , if your not eating 1200cals your not eating enough
