I am a salty crunchy craver so I will eat a bag of Skinnygirl popcorn for 160 calories and it is very filling. I do miss not being able to put raisinettes in it like I used to! Just work it into your daily calories. My husband likes the low carb ice cream bars. They are very tasty.

I hate exercise but love cooking! I am new as well and have been forcing myself to walk 4-5 miles per day. Will add some weights after I get used to working out on a regular basis. I love this app. Very easy to track everything. Good luck in your journey. We will all encourage you.

It is obvious you have the tools to do whatever you desire. I really admire you for your accomplishment. What an inspiration you are. So take a break and reassess what YOU want from this journey. Go from there. Good luck!

A lot of people can't stand it when others make an effort to prove their health . It is just too easy to be complacent. Watch me people.....just watch me!
