I LOVE mine. It's great for chicken breast, veggies, potatoes, all kinds of stuff. It's great for when my son gets home and wants some chicken nuggets or a pizza for a snack. Peeps are my favorite candy. I love marshmallow. Sweet tea. And chocolate covered cherries or blueberries. I just dusted off a bag of the chocolate covered blueberries yesterday. I won't be buying another bag until I lose 15 more lbs. That's some powerful motivation right there.

As far as shin pain goes, I agree that you should rest. After you run though, stretch. I don't feel like I'm done with my exercise unless I stretch. I think I figured it out. Click on the person you want to add. It will take you to their profile. By their picture there is a button to send a message or add friend. It lets you send a message when you add them. I think they have to confirm your friend request, but I'm not total sure on that part.
