    Good morning. I sent you a friend request. I'm new and looking for friends too. As far as cravings go, I allow myself to indulge a little. My biggest crutch is sweet tea. Made with sugar. No artificial stuff for me. I make sure I leave enough calories to have 1 glass with dinner. After drinking water ALL DAY. :neutral_face: That one glass is like a treat. I have learned with weigh loss journeys I have made in the past is if I don't for fill those cravings it becomes all I can think about. Then when I do cave in; I go over board. If I plan my sweets and treats into my day in advance, I feel like I have more control. And, I don't feel deprived. It works for me. I think everybody's journey is different and you will figure out what works for you. You can do this. Stay strong.
