Getting below 200 again! Im down 30 lbs and was stuck at 208. Just broke through that and am hopefully heading break 200 by the new year. (My weight loss is VERY slow)

I totally understand. Sometimes even though it may be said with good intention, it may actually cause your brain to think opposite. I have only lost 12 lbs and my family tells me the same and is all it does it start making me think negative thoughts about it all.

I ate smaller portions and only had one plate...than went back again later for dinner with same small portions and those were my meals for the day. Thank you all...i dont really care too much about having them. I was more freaking out that im 10 lbs down and and am seeing red ones which made me worry the scale was lying. Thank you for all of the encouragement! I am still pushing forward 😄

I just got the fitbit versa and love it...its waterproof, very sleek and not bulky, looks like a smart watch, and has the fitbit coach built in so you dont have to pay for it.

Something as simple as you drank water later/earlier than usual can cause this 2 lb gain. More salt intake the day before or eating a little later than normal. I know the up in weight can cause concern but womens weight can fluctuate by up to 5lbs dependent on many variables! Dont give up!

Just started again 35 days ago and counting. Today is harder..i didnt get as much sleep which i find makes me less motivated. But the fact that the weekend just passed and i didnt shoot back up to my starting weight again is definitely keeping that in check!
