I've been back on it since the 1st of Jan. I have lost 2lb. I am tracking and weighing everything. I'm being really careful what I'm eating and not eating back any exercise earned calories. I drink between 2-4 litres of water a day but the weight just won't shift. X

I have been weighing of a morning and wondered if this was cheating as I'm always lighter first thing haha. But if everyone is saying it's ok, I'll stick with that haha.

Wow that's amazing results!! I've only been able to use mine on the one day because I'm still very bruised and sore haha. I do love it though and it was really good fun and a great work out. Thanks. I was going to have another go today but I'm still to tender haha. I decided to hoop with out the hoop instead haha. Was a sight to see!!
