I'm not fitbit too, my step goal has recently been increased to 13,000 which I must say I've been struggling to do (I'm stuck in a lazy rut it would appear)

Oh, thanks everyone :-) I have started having poached egg and have introduced Greek yoghurt to my diet :-) now I'm having too much oops. I still need to cut down on my carbs though :-( I don't really eat much bread
