  • I ate a late lunch yesterday... and didn't really have a proper dinner. Instead of dinner, I had a few servings of peanuts, a bag of microwave popcorn, and a vodka cocktail. I also added some salt to the peanuts which I neglected to log.
  • This past week at work was very stressful, so last night I bought very cheap vodka (like, store brand cheap), and frozen concentrated limeade, and drank more than I should have. To make matters worse, I also skipped my workout yesterday. I atoned for it by going for doing a nice jog this morning.
  • One thing I regret from my days in college (and eating at the dining hall) was that I usually ate whatever "hot meals" that they prepared -- and I seriously underutilized the salad bars! The salad bars had all kinds of fresh vegetables and fruits that were all already washed and cut up. These days, I love a nice big salad…
  • My tuna salad recipe includes: canned solid white tuna nonfat greek yogurt lemon or lime juice (or a splash of white vinegar) flax seeds finely diced onion and/or celery dash of salt and pepper dash of dried italian seasonings and/or garlic powder
