It looks, and sounds, like you had a beautiful day. :)

So, I went out tonight to support a friend's band, and do you know what I wore? My size 10 jeans that stopped fitting me several months ago. Oh yeah! My size 12's are too large on me now, I have to use the 3rd notch in my belt now when I wear them(I started on notch 1). Belinda, your smoothie weight loss is great! I did a…

I love this! I've lost the same as a Car Tire! I guess that was my spare, haha!

I like the 20 myself, it keeps me from having too low of a goal. Though if I hit the Easter goal I'll only need to lose another 15 lbs. in my journey. But I'm thinking I might come in a little above for Easter.

I look at these photos every day to encourage me to stay patient. Thank you everyone!

Oh you can definitely lose 25 lbs. by July 4th. Just in time for summer!

I wish there was a "Like" button.

Hi, msshugar! Realistically a pound a day would be unhealthy weight loss. But I bet you could do 2-3 lbs. a week if you stay dedicated! Don't worry about reaching 20 lbs. in time for Easter, just do your best, and then slide right on into the 4th of July challenge. You could definitely lose 20 lbs. by then! :)

Wow, the day really got away from me, it's after 11:00 and I've had less than 600 calories today. I stayed busy with cleaning and cooking for a good part of the day, and am excited to say I made homemade Hummus tonight! My husband loved it, I think I'll add some more spices the next time. I also made a double-pot of kale…

Thank you for that! When I reach my GW I'm going to switch to more muscle/strength training exercises. Right now I'm just using diet and treadmill. I'm glad I wasn't alone in those thoughts! I have trust issues with scales. :P

                Nice!

Yay for all these losses today! :) Shirley, that actually doesn't seem to bad of a gain for being on vacation. I think I would've come back with a good 10 lbs. extra! And technically you've still lost since starting the process, so, you can do it! Belinda, that picture is so pretty! Well, I must've done something right…

I love Quorn brand products, but they aren't vegan, only vegetarian. They contain egg whites. Might I suggest a variety of hummus? It may be low calorie per serving, but we all know 2 Tablespoons isn't happening. :)

Wow! I am so glad that you did this for yourself. It must feel amazing!

I love these before-and-after's! Thank you everyone for the motivation.

Very well done! Good, good, good for you! :)

I'm concerned that my scale is lying about my actual weight. I'm 5' 8", and when I decided to make a change the scale told me I was just over 184 lbs. I'm down to 164 lbs. now(according to the same scale), and my goal is 140. But all the ladies I'm seeing that are the same height, and at the same weight as my CW or even…

Nice work! I love seeing progress and success photos too. Thank you for sharing!

Woohoo Water! I know you must feel such relief! So glad for you.

Wow! I hope my stomach will look that good one day when I have kids!

It'll just take your body a few days to catch up and get used to the new exercises. I'm sure you'll see some results next week. :)

I don't know that I'll be able to reach the 20 lbs. by Easter either, but let's not worry if the numbers aren't perfect. We'll be sliding right into the 4th of July. :) Belinda, I wouldn't worry about a couple pieces of pizza, you still lost a pound! I ate a bunch of cake and tortilla chips last weekend and I lost a pound…

Now I just want a bowl of melty cheese and bacon bits, haha. So we got dumped on pretty quickly in the last few hours, so far there's probably 4-5 inches of accumulation, and it literally isn't stopping for a minute. I've decided I feel like hibernating tomorrow and don't want to trudge through the snow to get to the gym.…

I thought I'd show you all a picture of my "Faked potato" soup I made for dinner, with help from my new food processor. :D It's made with cauliflower and coconut milk, with a little "I can't believe it's not butter", celery salt, sea salt, pepper and garlic powder, green onions, reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar, and…

Awesome! You're going to be so excited that you're doing this when your wedding day comes. :)
-
Wow, I wish it was 80 degrees here! We're getting drenched today, and supposedly getting 12 inches of snow dumped on us by tomorrow. I'm ready for it to be warm and breezy! Nothing is more motivating than nice weather.

                Happy Birthday, Belinda!!

It sounds like you're doing really well in your journey. :)

                WOW! You go! Amazing work!
