  • Turkey meatballs! Mix 2lb turkey in any flavor god or Mrs Dash with egg and 1/4c brown rice or quinoa, I do 3.5oz balls with a side of zucchini or broccoli. Bake or broil turkey balls to your preference of brown. I dip in mustard or hot sauce, but that is preference 😊
  • Raw almonds, popcorn, banana with dab of PB, jerky, and just discovered coconut chips!
