I am looking for a new way of eating that involves cutting back on carbs. So much harder to do than it seems. I'm just starting out on my lifestyle change. I hope to stick to around 100-120g carbs a day and only eat them with a protein or fat. Carbs alone cause weight gain for me. Ugh. I just started metformin. Hopefully…

Thank you all so, so much for your feedback. I am eager to start linking and balancing my carbs to protein. Currently, I just finished off a box of girl scout cookies and feel like utter rubbish. So now, I hate myself for it and seriously think I should run 10 miles tomorrow. (Don't worry, that's sarcasm.....I don't run.)…
