Can't find a good source of fiber! HELP!
I've looked a lot of places, and even sugar free stuff has net carbs. Are those the sugar alcohols? Do I have to count net carbs if using sugar free metamucil? So lost. I could eat 10 tablespoons of coconut fiber a day, or plain cardboard! Hey, that'll work!

Am I doing this right? I'm sedentary and a female. I'm 25 years old. I can't lose no matter how hard I try. I am just STARVING at the end of the day. I binge only at night since starting my diet. Its a ravenous hunger. No matter if I eat 3 meals or 6 a day. Please help!!!!

Do I eat them back? 5'7 320 lbs. 1,700 Calories puts me at 1,000 cal deficit. Since I'm bigger, I can reasonably lose more at first. Should I workout maybe an additional 500 a day And NOT eat them back? BMR is 2,200. 2,700 TDEE. thank you.

Way Over Calorie Goal Today :(
