Thank you all so much for the wonderful advice!! I have started weighing my portions on my scale and each ingredient. Fast food is a little harder. I order without bread and cheese. I do salads and meat for the most part. I also contacted a nutritionalist to help me. She gave me a schedule to follow with the foods I eat.…

I've also cut out coffee and other caffeine. Even decaffeinated coffee.

Thanks I'll try that. Logging my water is something I do forget. I drink a ton of water, and rarely track it.

Thanks...I do use most of my own recipes unless I eat out. Then I use the restaurant and food item. I have my own recipe blog just so I can help myself track my calories.

I have my own recipe blog that I pull my recipes from. It has exact measurements...such as sweet potato pancakes (my recipe). The cheesecake was a thin slice from walmart and I typed walmart cheesecake in. I usually add in my measurements unless it comes from a restaurant. Then I pull it up by the name of the restaurant…

I'm eating less than 1200 calories per day. I don't think it's eating more than I'm burning.

Thanks!! I have cut calories to 1200 or less. I have trouble having that many. I do a lot of shakes for breakfast and lunch. Then for dinner I try a meat and veggies. I also cut out all dairy, gluten, and soy. My weight is at a standstill and has been since I got hurt. So frustrating. Thanks for your feedback!
