Hey, hi to everyone!! I am wondering if anyone out there is on crutches? I am! Losing weight is hard!

No, but my Mother was once and she let me have a try and it was bloody awkward trying to get around with them. So you have my sympathy. Losing weight is going to be a matter of cutting calories below what your body is currently burning whilst presumably sedentary (resting). But with you being injured, perhaps you need to be building up your strength here so cutting might be best put on hold. I think you should speak to both your doctor and a nutritionist about what the best way to go is. All the best.0

Thanks!! I have cut calories to 1200 or less. I have trouble having that many. I do a lot of shakes for breakfast and lunch. Then for dinner I try a meat and veggies. I also cut out all dairy, gluten, and soy. My weight is at a standstill and has been since I got hurt. So frustrating. Thanks for your feedback!0
