Honey, I'm sorry u have to deal with such negativity. The biggest thing you can do for yourself is keep pushing through until you reach the results that you want to accomplish. Hey! I can help you with that. I now run 4 miles, walk 4 miles multiples times a week. I went from being a treadmill runner to an outside runner. The biggest thing is to start, pick a point that's at least .8 miles to a mile away(use a GPS). If that's too far, try .5 mile. If you can't run, then walk. On your next run,…
