Hi. I'd love to join. Do I have to go to another page or do you add me in? Hope to get to July losing all the way and then maintain from there.

Hey I'm in! I would really like to have lost my next 20 pounds by the finish line. Especially as I've signed up for my first 5k run early into July and I'm sure it would be easier not lugging around that extra 20! Please add me. Thanks.

Gosh. I thought you said your getting married next year and need a hubby!

I have lost almost 25 pounds in 9 weeks and would expect to be close to 40 in 16 weeks. But to be honest I'm not in a rush. This health kick is ME for good. Just happens out the loss has started out fast. I'm set at losing 1.5 a week but am usually in a weekly deficit due to walking/c25k. Just keep it in your head that…

If you set your account up and your goals in the Apple app it may be wrong. Mine was and so are many others calorie allowance. I was given about 1080 and it still says that when I change it back. I have altered mine now manually to 1300.

Hi. I've lost 17 1/2 in less than 6 weeks. (May be more now but not weighing till next week). My diary is open but I made the decision to eat as clean as I could, cut out all refined sugar, pasta, bread, juice/pop sweets, biscuits etc and cut down on potatoes, rice and hardly any alcohol.. Only exercise has been walking…

HAPPY BIRTHDAY.

You would be surprised how much I have saved since starting eating clean. I rarely use my car, carry only what I can home from the supermarket and don't spend money on wine.. Way less money spent on petrol and food, we'll rubbish high calorie processed food. Only you can change you.

Great job. It makes it worth it to see the good results and more importantly FEEL the good results.

Hi there. I started on here last week. My starting weight was 230 and I'm now 215.8. I know I need to lose around 65-70 but set my first goal at 170 (60lb loss). Which for me would be amazing. I am 43 (but feel 23!). Have 3 kids, 23,10 and 20months old. Could we be friends? Not sure how it works but I'm staying the course…

Thanks to all who have replied. I have now altered my desired weight loss to 1.5lb a week and my calories have increased to 1300+. I'm going to keep it at this and see what happens. I thought that as I had a lot to lose then 2lb a week would be ok. Still learning! Thanks.

I have looked on tech support. It says not to add there but to add anywhere it says help? I can't find anywhere to ask? I'm on my iPad, don't know if it's a different format to desk top? I have messed around with the parameters. It still says the same. I will just put in 1200 and work on that as I can't even see a reset?…

Just checked on the tdee calculator and it says my tdee is 1979. How much less do I eat if I want to lose 2 lb a week? Thanks.

I wish I was 25! I'm 43, does that make a difference?

Hi. I have changed it to public now. I have altered some settings and the figure changes slightly but when I put in my actual details it still says 1070cals. Luckily I started (95%) clean eating four weeks ago so save a lot of calories that way but unless I do lots of exercise I'm not sure this is doable. I do want to…

I just put in my details and that's what it came up with. Please take a look at my profile/food diary. It tells me every day that I have eaten too little when I complete the day but I'm doing what has been set for me? I don't want to set my own calorie goals as that's why I'm here in the first place! Thanks. All help…
