How to unsync fitbit hr with mfp

I am now going to try tdee method and not include fitbit calories as it was saying my tdee was ~3000-3200 which I realise is probably grossly overestimated. Mfp has set my calorie goal to 1070? I thought it shouldn't be less than 1200.
