I totally sympathize! I work 12 hour days, with an hour travel each way, so I get no time to go to the gym. I can control what I am eating pretty well, but by the time my days off roll around, it feels like so long since I have been to the gym, that it's almost like starting all over. Hot water with lemon is my life-saver. When I feel hungry, and know I probably shouldn't be, I'll have a cup, and the hungry usually goes away. Make chili with ground chicken instead of ground beef, then freeze it in Ziploc bags in individual portions. Make up some taco meat (chicken) and freeze it in individual portions for taco salads. Spaghetti sauce with chicken (same deal...freeze individually), paired with black bean spaghetti noodles....

Taco Salad!! If you substitute the ground beef for ground chicken, sub the sour cream for 0% greek yogurt, and skip the tortilla chips, you can eat a ton of it and not feel guilty at all ;) Plus its delicious (you don't even notice the substitutions at all)

I'm a big fan of my protein oatmeal. 1 tbsp slivered almonds 1 tsp ground flax 1 tsp whole flax 1/8 cup porridge oats 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk Throw it all in a coffee cup at work, zap it in the microwave until its nice and thick and creamy, and...yummy breakfast, no mess no fuss :)
