Losing weight when you work alot is really hard. To watch what you eat when you don't have time to eat or work out..

Really? I find it easier to control my diet when I am at work. I work 30 days straight 13.5 hours a day. Its when I'm off for a month that kills me. Too much time to think about eating.0

I have a hard time at home as well. I work at home and find it hard to find the time to fit in my time on the treadmill each day because I have the children here and after working while they are in school it's tough.0

I totally sympathize! I work 12 hour days, with an hour travel each way, so I get no time to go to the gym. I can control what I am eating pretty well, but by the time my days off roll around, it feels like so long since I have been to the gym, that it's almost like starting all over. I'm currently battling with myself over whether or not it's worth it to get up at 4:30 and go before work......ugh.0

I hear you guys! I have an hour and a half commute to my job each way and usually work at least 10 hours a day. My wife and I have 3 kids so when I'm home they are the priority. I have started going to the gym after they are in bed and I love it! It gives me some me time where I don't need to think about anything but working out.
The eating is the difficult part for me as well. What I am finding is its all about the meal prep. I plan all my lunches and snacks at the beginning of the week and prepare them the night before. So far it's working. Good luck!0
