  • I use the free videos on amazon prime, also there is a little known nhs website called nhs fitness studio, have no idea wjy they don't promote that! Also march on spot during tv ad breaks, these work for me amd i struggle to exercise with fibromyalgia
  • In the main menu its under apps and devices, select the fitbit app that comes up and go from there, if its not a fit bit but another tracker and its not listed then it can't be synced, you can use endemondo for this or if your tracker has its own app add the exercise to mfp manually.

  • If i know exactly where i am going in advance i check to see if calories are available online so i can pick food, also stops me being sidetracked having to go through a menu.   • I use a food scale for everything. Been bouncing up and down for a couple of weeks and linked endomondo for cal burns, i sometimes eat all the calories other days some left over, thanks
