Returning to MFP after a while off and going back to basics with health and fitness, no gimmicks. Excited to throw myself into this challenge and hopefully make some progress before Xmas.

Joining late but checked Strava and did 8hrs between 1-13th June. Planning to do 1hr a day to hit 24hrs and get back into the habit again.
