I lost 28 in six weeks 3 yes ago kept off for two yes and had a baby was fine until I stopped feeding him and now I've put back most of it and have a hernia at section sight so finding it difficult to do exercises without argivating it

How about some sugar free jelly and fruit salad mixed up in fridge ready for snacking Or if like me ice-cream swop it with a frozen yoghurt not as many calories
