Late night craving

I have been trying hard at the eating clean and trying to lose weight. I do really good all morning and afternoon..but once 5 pm rolls along, I just seem to blow it and over eat. Such as 3 yogurt or tacos..etc... anyone have any suggestions how to keep away from the late night snacking after dinner???

    I don't even try, I just don't really eat until lunch time and then use up most of my calories in the evening.

    Eat lighter during the day and save some calories for after dinner.

    How about some sugar free jelly and fruit salad mixed up in fridge ready for snacking Or if like me ice-cream swop it with a frozen yoghurt not as many calories

    Eat your supper a little later but plan it for bulk. Lots of steamed veggies. Take up an incompatible hobby, gardening, crocheting, hiking, biking. Anything that will keep your mind off of food and your hands out of the fridge.
