If it's not around, you can't eat it! I try to keep the chocolate out of the house so I can't binge on it! At the same time, I don't deny myself a treat if needed, but moderation is key!

My "fat pants" have been really tight ever since last fall. What an awful feeling... Between stress and the Holidays I fell off the wagon and had a difficult time climbing back up. But I decided that for my birthday, I was going to turn it around and get healthy again!

I like making breakfast for dinner when I get bored with dinner too, but mostly because I realize that even a boring dinner is way more exciting than more eggs and veggies. :smile: it makes me appreciate my lean protein and roasted veggie dinners.

I started paying attention to my body and realized it deserved better than what I was giving it. I used to eat like a poor college student (because I was) but struggled to grow out of that lifestyle once I graduated. Now I eat healthy and clean, and keep active by working out 4-5 times a week. What a difference!
