I drink like 8-10 cups of water a day. I know its not thirst because I can drink 2 cups of water and still feel hungry 20 min later. I have my calorie intake upped to 1700. I'm not sure what to eat. I gained several pounds around the holidays. It seems if I eat more than what Im eating now I won't lose any weight. I either eat to little or binge. I make up for binges by eating less other days. I do not log when I binge.

I am 5'4" 149lbs and I am unsure about calories. I just eat when I'm hungry and try to drink 8 cups of water everyday. My goal is to weigh 130.
