Hey. I used to be primal and lost like 20 lbs with ease and felt so healthy. I am transitioning back to that lifestyle and am 3 days in. I already feel better, probably the decrease of sugars. I'll add you.

If I drink regular cow milk I get sick from lactose intolerance. I drink either coconut, almond, or lactose free milk. Mostly I drink almond milk because I like it.

I use organic apple cider vinegar (with the mother). I put a tsp or two in a cup of water everyday. I had an overgrowth of yeast and it helped rid me of that. I also use it to control acne breakouts.

I have the same problem and in the past I have found eating pickles, or drinking a cup of grapefruit juice really works to kill cravings. If its a chocolate craving buy more than 85% dark cocoa chocolate to get your fix. It is not mere willpower that will cure this problem. You have to find another way.

This is a very inspiring post! Thank you for sharing. I also have a problem with binge eating and even have told my therapist who told me to "just chew gum" . This is a real disorder than can consume your life! I am at the heaviest I've ever been in my life. This posts helps me so much.

I have a food scale. I can admit I haven't been logging everything. I have had changes in medications that I think messed up my body chemistry. I feel like I'm in a pit and don't know how to get out because I'm to heavy to pull myself up.

I drink all kinds of tea. Green tea, black tea, lemon ginger, and chamomile mostly. It can help curb appetite when cravings come. Increased fluid intake does help with weight loss as it makes you feel full and keeps you hydrated. Sipping on green tea is a lot healthier than sipping on soda if you don't use sugar.

I picked the three days I am going to do it. Day 1 is Saturday, Day 2 Monday Day 3 Thursday. I might add an extra day and just do day 3 twice to get 4 days of cardio

I love this app! I use the simple c25k app. It has the least glitches for my phone. It really eases you into jogging and it gave me a love for it. I made it to week 6 and stopped a few months ago. I want to start anew with others this time!

I have tried taking it but it made my stomach burn and I felt awful after the first week. And now when I take probiotics my stomach hurts horribly.

Thanks for all the helpful advice! I will look into those books recommended and talk to a counsler. What I mean by clean eating is eating fruit, vegetables, meat, dairy, nuts, and whole grain pasta or bread. Not things like chips, box food kind of things. On a binge I will eat ice cream, candy, chips, snacks I usually wouldn't eat.

I use to have that problem. I realized I was restricting myself too much on "good" days. You have to find a good balance that can keep you consistent.
