Hey guys, I'm not really new to map, but I am new to the new lifestyle I have decided to try. If theres anyone following the paleo diet or the primal blueprint your support while I transition into this new lifestyle would be amazing,, feel free to add me!

Hey. I used to be primal and lost like 20 lbs with ease and felt so healthy. I am transitioning back to that lifestyle and am 3 days in. I already feel better, probably the decrease of sugars. I'll add you.2

I'm three days in as well, gone back to primal. I don't know why I ever strayed from it in the first place0
