I love quinoa! I use the red. Cook it in vegetable broth. Add some sauted onions, a can of black beans, a cup of frozen corn, a can of rotel, and some cumin. Serve this with the sides of tacos (guac, sour cream ect..) on low carb tortillas or just eat from a bowl. It's sooo good!!

Honey stingers! That's what I meant! Not honey bee. They are really good and give a lot of energy for my run
-
Try the chews called "honey bee" I think. Something like that. They taste WAY better then gu, are all natural and work great! I can tell the moment it hits me. I space them out on my long runs. Eat 1-2 when I need a burst of energy.

I didn't really have a goal when I started just know how I was wanting to look and feel.
-
My goal is between 110-115. If I stay between that I'm within my goal.

It's ok. You caught it before it became 10 or even 20. Easy to get back on track at this point

It wasn't anything. Just decided it wasn't worth the post. No big deal.

Deleted this. But didn't know how to delete the whole post.

Another thing I have done is 1/2 PB2 and 1/2 peanut butter protein powder (I use quest) it makes my PB2 last longer and adds some protein.
-
I am very picky on my peanut butter. I love peanut butter. And I love pb2. I mix it with water and add a little maple syrup. As good as real peanut butter. I eat it on a rice cake and sometimes top that with a little banana. I use it just like peanut butter

If you eat out plan ahead of time what you are going to eat by using MFP. Don't change your mind no matter what. If your hotel has a fridge get a to go box when you order and box 1/2 up right away. Out of sight of mind. Appetizers or dessert. Get some fruit to keep in your room to keep you from going to the hotel vending…

Banana pineapple chia seed pudding. I posted recipe on here.
-
It will turn brown but a day or two works. Actually makes the bananas sweeter. Chia seeds don't have a taste but if your a texture person may not like the texture. My husband says they feel like fish eggs. They get soft with the liquid. I like them though.
-
123 calories but this is a pretty big serving and packed full of nutrition! You can get chia seeds at any whole foods or sprouts or health food store. They are so good for you! Can be used as an egg replacement in backed goods too. I love this pudding. So fresh and yummy!

Yep!!! I haven't always been bigger. So in my teens and 20's I wore bikinis. I got fatter in my 30's. Decided at 39 I was done with being fat. I lost 40 pounds in a year. I wore a bikini last summer and this year already for summer I own 4 brand new Victoria secret bikinis. I'll be 41 in April!! My profile pictures is me…
