1 box spiced cake 1 can 100% natural pumpkin 1/2 C apple sauce 1/2 walnuts (optional) Mix all together and put in muffin tins greased or papered. Mine made 18 muffins at 119 calories each.

everyone tells me I don't eat enough calories. My goal is set to 1100. I almost always go over that but very rarely over 1500. Because I set it so low i allow myself to eat my calories lost. I run 6-10 miles 4-6 times a week (or a similar machine at the gym but usually run outside)and lift using the 5X5 program 3x a week.…

9 mile run
today was my farthest run at 9 miles!! I am training for a 1/2 marathon in April. I'm so excited. 10 miles is my goal. I always thought if I could run 10 miles I could consider myself a real runner. Next Saturday I will run 10 and be a real runner!!

ran my first 10 mile run yesterday. Did it just at 1:30! Ready for my 1/2 marathon in April. I could have never done this in my 30's or even 20's. Being 40 is awesome! Lol!!

Banana pineapple chia seed pudding
2 banana's 1/2 cup water 2 tbsp chia seed 1c chooped pineapples (I use canned) In mixer blend bananas and water until smooth. Pulse in pineapple. STir in chia seeds. Stir them good. Divide in jars (I use small canning jars) and refrigerate over night. Makes 3 large servings. Sooo yummy and sooo good for you!

im 5'4 current weight is 112. I started about 2 years ago when I was toping 150. I am 40 years old now and decided at 38 I wasn't going to be 40 and fat.
