Have you tried organic peanut butter on celery or apples? Or home made cookies with gluten free flour of some type?

I've been trying to eat snacks throughout the day (apples with organic peanut butter, oranges, apples) that take away my carb cravings.

I try to pre-plan my meals for the week on Sunday and throughout the week I can focus on exercise and sticking to my meal plan; hope this helps!
